Do you offer international shipping?
We gladly send where ever you are. But keep in mind it may take some time.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to get your personal care and cosmetic products to you as fast as possible! Most orders are processed within 7 business days, and shipping times depend on your location—typically 3-7 days domestically and 7-14 days internationally. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you act fast, yes! We can usually cancel orders before they’re processed and shipped. Contact our support team right away with your order number. Once it’s shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can return it under our usual policy.
